3D printing — from design to finished part
Enclosures, brackets, spare parts and prototypes — designed, printed and fitted on site.
Need an enclosure for a controller, a bracket for a sensor, an adapter for an unusual back box, or a part the manufacturer no longer sells? We design it and print it — built for installation on site, not for a shelf of gadgets.
How it works
- 01 · Design
A 3D model from your sketch
A photo, dimensions or an existing part is enough. We prepare the model, agree the details and send you a preview for approval.
- 02 · Print
Printing and material selection
We choose the material for the job — one thing for a part inside a switchboard, another for a component working outdoors.
- 03 · Finishing & fitting
A finished part on site
Machining, threads, inserts — and if you wish, we fit the part as part of our service visits.
What we print most often
- Enclosures and adapters for automation devices, controllers, modules and sensors.
- Brackets and mounting parts — for cameras, sensors, RFID antennas, lighting and in-store displays.
- Spare parts for equipment with no original parts available — instead of replacing the whole device.
- Prototypes and functional models before ordering a batch or rolling a solution out across many sites.
- Covers, blanking plates and trim pieces where standard accessories do not fit.
We treat 3D printing as an extension of our service: if a visit reveals that an unusual part is missing, we design and deliver it instead of waiting weeks for a catalogue item.
Who it is for
Retail chains and sites we service, automation integrators, and private clients with a smart home installation. Quoted individually — tell us what you need and attach a photo or a sketch.
