Nationwide LED lighting retrofits — H&M
Seven rollouts between 2019 and 2026: from the first LED retrofit inserts, through fitting replacements on shop floors and in back-of-house areas, to LED-to-LED programmes with the latest generation of fittings. Every rollout means night work across dozens of stores throughout Poland, with a handover report for every location.

Night service and refits in shopping centres
Lighting replacements, work from platforms with full stock on the shelves, signage fitting — all after the centre closes. In the morning the store opens with no trace of the work.

RFID system in every COS store in Poland
Complete RFID zone infrastructure — power, cabling and distribution cabinets — fitted in every store of the brand in the country, including Mysia, Powiśle and Mokotów in Warsaw. Without closing the shop floor.
Lighting, sound and RFID antennas on the shop floor
Track-mounted directional fittings, zoned speakers and discreetly built-in RFID antennas — all to the brand’s network standard and an aesthetic you can see at a glance.

Alarm control panels, CCTV cameras, switchboards and cable routes in a single project. From concept, through installation, to commissioning and service.
Photovoltaic inspection with a thermal-imaging camera
Overheating cells only show up in infrared — in this shot from our drone, hot spots stand out clearly. The client receives a report with recommendations.
Photovoltaics with energy storage — installation and diagnostics
A PV installation on an industrial hall roof, a hybrid inverter and battery energy storage. After commissioning — a drone thermal-imaging inspection confirming all modules are working correctly.
